Response to Notices:
Upon receipt of a valid notice of intellectual property infringement, genzstyletrends will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Counter-Notification:
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in Los Angeles County, California, if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or their agent.
